About Fido:
Fido periodically sends and receives e-mail while running.
It is intended to be run from ~/config/etc/ppp-script which is called every time dial-up networking is started and stopped. An install script and the executables for R4 x86 and PPC are include in the same archive. I wrote this to get around the limitation of the BeMail client which doesn't allow periodic checking of e-mail to be halted when off-line. Special thanks to Richard Deken for compiling and testing the PPC version.
