About MAR:
MAR is a command line utility and class library for converting file attributes, resources, and flat message files to and from XML.
MAR allows users to read a file's attributes, resources, or a file's contents if it's a flattened message and convert it to XML. It also allows the user to write the XML output it produces to a file's attributes, resources, or as a flattened message file. read: back and forth.
MAR comes with full source. A static library can be built containing the XML parser. This library can be linked and programs will be enable to parse MAR's XML output.
