About Elvis:
Elvis is a Vi clone, originally for Unix, now ported to the BeOS. Elvis has a few added features that the original Vi didn't: multiple windows, network support (it can be used a light-weight HTML browser ;-)), etc.
Right now, there is no BeOS-specific documentation inculded, only the general documentation that is included with elvis (Type :help in command-mode in elvis, or you can use Net+, as the documentation is in HTML).

Details about this version:
This is the latest alpha/beta version of Elvis, 2.2g. This time the compile is much more proper, and is now an installer package, instead of a Zip file. This means that most of the features should be function (type :help in elvis to read more)
I've compiled with every possible option that worked. The modified source code is available, but beware, it could take a while to download.
