About Deskscope:
Deskscope is a sort of logical extension of BeOS's included Magnify program. But instead of a big static window showing what's beneath the mouse, Deskscope makes a little unobtrusive 'swatch' down and to the right of the cursor, following it like an animated cursor, showing the magnified image. Keen! But wait! It's also an eyedropper!
Deskscope acts as a Deskbar tray replicant, showing a cute little icon of either a magnifying glass (magnifier mode) or an eyedropper (eyedropper mode). In both modes, Deskscope will make a little window which follows the mouse and shows either a magnification of what's beneath (magnifier mode) or the color of the pixel beneath the mouse and the hex/rgb strings of that color (eyedropper mode). In eyedropper mode, Deskscope can be set to copy the color to the clipboard when the mouse is clicked. Very good for those of you trying to match colors when making web pages.

Details about this version:
I statically linked in my layout library, to keep install simpler, and I added a horizontal/vertical following constraint to the magnifier to aid in reading text (hold shift while moving mouse). Also, I fixed a few bugs that were reported. Finally, I'm including full source to the layout manager so those with PPC can build an executable.
