About Bilingual Keymap Pack:
Bilingual keymaps allow to use two different languages without keymap reloading. CapsLocks works as language switcher.
Here are 5 regular bilingual keymaps:
EngRus -for British-Russian keyboard,
AmRus - for US Int.-Russian keyboard (by
GerRus - for German-Russian keyboard.
Am+Eo - for US Int. - Esperanto keyboard
Ru+Uk - for Russian - Ukrainian keyboard
And also 4 special bilingual keymaps:
AmKOI8
Am1251
EngKOI8
EngWin1251

In normal state regular keymaps generate default language characters,
in CapsLock state - alternative language characters.
Special keymaps in CapsLock state generate UTF-8 Western (Latin 1, ISO-8859-1)
codes, but in correspondence with cyrillic encodings.
Keymap source files with .kmap extension are good examples for mastering
your own bilingual keymap for arbitrary language pairs.
