About Personal Assistant:
Personal Assistant is a Personal Information Manager (PIM) that integrates your daily tasks, contacts and information into one, easy to use, application. Personal Assistant does not restrict the user with the number of items that can be added. Personal Assistant collaborates with other preferred BeOS applications (e.g. e-mail and browser clients) to assist you with your daily desktop tasks.

Contact Manager
Personal Assistant contains an integrated Contact Manager that keeps track of and organizes an unlimited number of contacts. Contacts can keep information including a limitless number of addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, groups, keywords, notes, attachments, web sites, and custom properties. Personal Assistant provides a flexible mechanism to import and syncronize your data with other PIM's and handheld devices.

Event Manager
Personal Assistant contains an integrated Event Manager allowing you to schedule, organize, and be automatically reminded of upcoming events. The events are separated into various types (appointments, calls, to-dos, holidays, special, and launch). Each event can be assigned categories, notes, reminders, and attachments. Integrated with the deskbar's Quick Assistant, event reminders will always remind you even if Personal Assistant is not running. You can even use Personal Assistant events to run 3rd party applications or files at scheduled times for tasks like backups. Never miss another meeting or call with your Personal Assistant.
