About TV+:
HW accelerated PAL, SECAM and NTSC. Deinterlacing support in two modes. It has a channel suite for channel presets and supports a different audio and video format for each preset.
TV+ supports all BeOS ready capture cards (if you've got TV running, TV+ should be able to run without problems). TV+ has a channel suite for your channel presets. The channel suite supports different audio and video formats for each preset.

I've decided to put all experimental code into this version. I may be away again for a while, so don't expect a new release the coming month or so.
