About cwc:
cwc is a crossword compiler that Lars Christensen wrote in the summer of 1999. The algorithm is inspired by the work of Sik Cambon Jensen, but improved in a few places. The crossword compiler takes a word list and a pattern as input and tries to fill the words from the word list into the grid formation resulting in a filled crossword grid. cwc does not generate clues.
