added command line options for font styles/sizes, envelopes of different
sizes, and re-did the options for using alternative address.lst and
.return.rtn files
changed the name to just envprint (the .pl was annoying)

added the ability to specify a address file, other than the default
"address.lst", on the command line
return.rtn file is now .return.rtn and must be found in the root of your
home directory
