About SpLocale:
One of main weakness of BeOS is its lack of a built-in localization system. SpLocale is an attempt to overcome that deficiency.
Although SpLocale is not the first localization package for BeOS, it is probably the most achieved until now. SpLocale offers a tool to manage the languages preference list and a simple but very powerful localization editor. Moreover, adapting an existing application to SpLocale is just a matter of hours, if not only minutes, depending of the complexity of the application.

- In SpLocaleApp::MessageReceived(), added calling the inherited class function for the unsupported messages. I know, it is a shame to have forgotten this. :-(
