About sndlvl:
Small command-line utility to control the global system volume. Useful if you have SpicyKeys installed. ;)
This will evolve over time into a more rebust application, sport a GUI and more features, as I learn more about BeOS programming.

Details about this version:
- Totally rewrote the commandline parser.
- Added left/right panning (percentage), and increment (0 to 82 decibel range)
- You can now do more then one action when calling the app.
- Still working on how to manage input/output controls. (Coming)
