About VNC Server:
VNC is short for Virtual Network Computer, and allows remote access to a computer via a network. This is a BeOS server for the VNC protocol. WARNING!! THE PASSWORD CHECK IS DISABLED! DON'T LEAVE IT RUNNING WHEN YOU'RE NOT AROUND! THIS IS A TEST VERSION! WARNING!! (use anything as password, as long as you don't leave the password fied empty. 'secret' should work)

This VNC server is a bit limited performance-wise since it relies on screenshots to update the screen. Reading from the video memory is (as far as I know, please correct me if I'm wrong!) inherently slow, thus the server maxes out at around 10 frames per second. Anyway. It works, so I'm happy anyway :)

To reduce the amount of network traffic (and video memory reads) the server uses various techniques like only updating part of the screen and bitdepth compression. These can be turned off to get better image quality, but you'll lose some speed.
