About Hertz:
Hertz allows to set the refresh rate between 60 and 100 Hz for full screen applications, ie. Elasto Mania, Corum III or Quake. Without this software the refresh rate is fixed to 60 Hz.
Hertz consists of a Graphics Driver Wrapper (GDW) that does the low level stuff and the GUI "Hertz" for setting the refresh rate for the various full screen modes.
GDW should work with any graphics card with an existing BeOS graphics driver, that supports full screen modes. Graphics cards that operate in VESA mode are NOT supported. The OpenGL beta-drivers seem NOT to work properly with GDW.
The GUI requires liblayout.
This software is alpha quality.

Fixed bug in the install script.
GDW does not work properly with OpenGL beta-drivers. I would be glad if a developer could fix GDW or point me to the right direction.
The max. refresh rate is limited to 100 Hz and Hertz only offers a small number of different refresh rates. Please let me know if this limit is too low and what other refresh rates are desired.
