About The Magnetic BePatch-O-Matic [Athlon XP Edition]:
Athlon XP patch to allow BeOS R5 Personal Edition to boot. However, unlike other patches, this does not require a working BeOS install, running from DOS and patching the BFS direct. No boot CDs, R4, etc., required!
Note: This patch does not patch everything required for complete
system stability. This is written for personal use to make the OS
boot, so kpatch can be applied.
Also, this is designed for DOS systems which load BeOS from a
virtual partition using loadbeos.com, rather than systems which have
a BeOS partition. This system does not require the creation of a
boot floppy; it is just a quick virtual partition hack.
