About The GNU Video CD Image Maker:
GNU VCDImager is a full-featured mastering suite for authoring, disassembling and analyzing Video CD's and Super Video CD's.
This is just a simple compilation of the latest (unstable) source code. BeOS version doesn't have XML frontend, however.
After you've created VideoCD images, use cdrdao to burn them.
