About Watcher:
Watcher monitors the loading and closing of programs and is capable of running scripts concurrently with them. Great for a whole host of applications, such as home automation (turn stereo/tv on just as you play music/video) or, if you want to play Big Brother, for spying on your own computer and generating logs.
This is the first version. There may be more, depending on the level of apathy I express about it. I wrote this program to fill a need that I felt BeOS needed. This sort of thing should really be a part of app_server itself.

Details about this version:
This version adds two fixes: If the program fails to find the preferences file, it pops up a BAlert and then turns itself off. It also updates the incorrectly designed installation feature. The next version (1.5) will probably include a feature which allows for a commandline or a "hey"-invoked (BMessage-based) content refresh. If someone wants to do a prefs app for it, I'd be happy to include it in the package, and list as a coauthor.
