About Iconblender:
A simplistic and insanely useful drag and drop-based application for overlaying icons over one another, designed primarily for that sexy little-icon-over-folder effect while retaining a high degree of customizability.
Iconblender is designed around the general idea of icon-transfer shared by FileTypes and IconChomper: drop a few icons in the wells, and then drag the big icon to a file's icon well in FileTypes; read the documentation for more instructions and some screenshots. Shipped with several neat default folder icons.
