Synchronizes the system's real time clock using the NTP protocol via the internet.
This application can update your real time clock over the internet by using the Network Time Protocol, version 3.
It should be very easy to use, doesn't get in your way if you don't want it, and comes with a short predefined list of servers providing this service. If a server on this list is not available, the next one will be queried until one is found that give us the information we wanted.
It can be used as a GUI application and as a command line utility. As command line utility, it can also run in the background and periodically update the time in a user specified interval.
There are at least two other applications on BeBits that do a similar job (NTP and CClock), but since neither of them worked flawlessly, I decided to redo what they had to offer, and provide some additional features as well.
