About File Filter:
Tracker-Addon, CLI, and GUI versions of a program to filter out unprintable characters.
Example code on how to write a program as a Tracker-Addon vs a CLI program vs a GUI version of the same function.
The GUI version supports drag and drop as well as using the file panel thru the menu system to select programs.
Future version should roll the GUI and CLI program into a single program.
The main use of the program is for examining strange text files that when downloaded have control codes embedded that seem to interfer with the operation of text editors like StyleEdit.
Additionally every now and then I find my code will not compile in BeIDE even when I can't find any errors in the text. However, run FileFilter on the code and I find somehow an invisible control code slipped into my text (bad typing?) and once removed the code compiles ok.

Details about this version:
CLI Version frozen. No further Development.
GUI Version now is also CLI compatible. If used from the Tracker you will get a GUI interface, if used from the CLI Terminal window you will get a CLI interface.
Suggestions on improvement are welcome.
