About MP3toOGGConverter:
LL electronics MP3 to OGG Converter is a program to convert compressed MP3 files to the OpenSource OGG-Vorbis compression.
Version 1.0 includes support for WAV encoding and uses the ZETA localization.
It can convert whole directories with subdirectories or simply only a file.
