Readme has a few lines of background info added.
Improved these 16x16 sized icons after closer inspection: Beezer, BePDF, BeShare, BeTeX, CL-Amp, Firefox, FlipSide A.E., Nvu, Thunderbird and VLC, while the 32x32-pixel icons of XRS and BePDF got polished as well.
