This is a modified version of Be`s Magnify application, removing unnecessary features, and improving the following areas:

• The zoom level can be changed quickly with the + and - keys (no need to hold the command key),
• The window can be re-sized in real-time (with an easy-to-grab corner box),
• The mouse hotspot is shown as a red square in the centre of the window, allowing you to see exactly what you`re selecting with the mouse.
  This can be toggled on / off simply by clicking the magnify window,
• The framerate is very much improved -- the application now runs at a steady 60 frames per second (providing your CPU and video card are fast enough).
  Additionally, the framerate is reduced when the mouse is not being moved, conserving CPU time (even more than the original Magnify),
• The application can be closed simply by re-launching it. This allows easy on / off toggling of the Magnify window, simply by assigning a keyboard shortcut to launch the Magnify application. For this purpose, I recommend the application SpicyKeys (see related links below),
• As with the original Magnify application, clicking the zoom box in the window tab will toggle detailed information on / off,
• It`s now XTREME. I don`t think I need to say any more.

This is a pretty quick hack of the original application, and has only been tested once. So, you are likely to run into problems. Remember: no warranty is provided!
