About ici:
BeOS port of the ICI programming language.
ICI is a general purpose interpretive programming language that has dynamic typing and flexible data types with the flow control constructs and operators of C.
ICI is designed for use in many environments, including embedded systems, as an adjunct to other programs, as a text-based interface to compiled libraries, and as a cross-platform scripting language with good string-handling capabilities.
It has excellent regular expression and math support.
Support runtime dynamic loading of modules.
Includes many of the features of other scripting languages, but with smaller footprint and (in the opinion of the BeOS maintainer) a cleaner design.

Source release only. Minor bug fixes only.
See the file CHANGES for details of changes to ICI.
There are only minor changes to the BeOS version. There is no need to upgrade unless you have run into bugs in 2.1.3.
This is a source release only. There is a script included to do the build, so it should be simple. Please see the file README.beos.
