A back end News daemon. Like Mail_daemon - It keeps your news up-to-date and has no front end GUI.

Details about this version:
This ver is BETA. It is the first release. It keeps up with multipule server and multipule groups.
It is not totaly efficent right now - and it does not write file attr right now (working on that though) It has the news dir hardcoded to /boot/home/news.
