About Anime:
The first GIF animation program for the BeOS.
Anime is a powerful tool to generate and modify animated GIFs.
It has support for a variety of palettes, is highly configurable,
and offers fast and easy control over important parameters. It
can lay out frames in two modes and preview GIFs in NetPositive.

- Lots of code cleanup, reorganization, removal of unneeded data, etc.
- Converted a number of dynamic allocations to stack allocations for speed
- Fix loading of animated gifs always reporting animation is corrupted
- Fixed a few small leaks
- Recompiled for R5 with new, faster compiler
