About Mal Sync:
A BeOS port of the MALSync utility, used for synchronizing with MAL compliant servers, such as AvantGo (www.avantgo.com). You must have the AvantGo applications/library installed on your Palm device. These are included in the binary archive (since v1.8).
Mobile Application Link (MAL) is a protocol for providing "push" content on mobile devices. This protocol was developed by AvantGo (www.avantgo.com), and has since been released to the public in source form.
MALSync is a tool to sync your PalmOS device to MAL services. It requires libpisock.so, which can be retrieved as part of the PilotLink tools (http://www.bebits.com/app/122/).
Contact me with any problems or questions, I would especially like to know if it worked for you... :P

Details about this version:
Updated the source package to the version v1.8 tree. I have cleaned up the port so it is now possible to patch from Tom Whittaker's original archive (http://www.tomw.org/malsync.html).
