About MakSplitterView:
This class presents the programmer with a pair of splitter bars (horizontal and vertical) which he can use to let the user dynamically alter a pair of the Application's Views.
I made this for myself because I didn't want to use liblayout (a large class library) just for a pair of splitters, and then exported the class.
