About mMonitor:
"mMonitor" is a simple MIDI monitor application featuring new Midi Kit under BeOS 5. It's fully compatible with Be DTS's sample code PatchBay
mMonitor behaves like this:
* If PatchBay is installed but PatchBay is not running, mMonitor automatically launches PatchBay.
* If PatchBay is installed and already running, mMonitor launches itself only.
* If PatchBay is not installed, mMonitor launches itself and show menu for selecting Midi Producers.
