- The directory for outgoing Usenet messages is now created when necessary in all cases. This was the cause of the bug some people were seeing when trying to post.
- The "Sent/Unsent" status indicator for mail and news message now works much better.
- When creating a new mail or news message, the title is automatically selected (instead of the body).
- This is the first version to appear on BeBits.
