This is the second (and probably last) public alpha release of Pretendo. This version has been rewritten from scratch, and features a brand new NES core, several emulation improvements in both speed and accuracy, preliminary sound emulation (it's pretty good!) and a whole slew of other things.... it's been a while. I decided to release this software in hopes that I will receive feedback on how it runs on your machine, and how to make it better. Remember this is a 100% BeOS native application, no extra libraries required.

This is a public alpha (yes alpha) release of Pretendo for BeOS. It is the result of about a month's worth of on and off coding. Most of the sources have been pulled verbatim out of the Windows source tree, however I had to make plenty of modifications and code a bunch of things from scratch to get things working under Be. This version is more or less in sync with Pretendo 0.10 for Windows, minus a bunch of things/features/what have you, that you probably want. Come to think of it, this version isn't all that great when compared to the Windows version, but hey, this is my first BeOS program, and it will get better.
