I statically linked in my layout library, to keep install simpler, and I added a horizontal/vertical following constraint to the magnifier to aid in reading text (hold shift while moving mouse). Also, I fixed a few bugs that were reported. Finally, I'm including full source to the layout manager so those with PPC can build an executable.

This is only the first version. I may make some updates in the future (to make it less of a CPU sucker). But for now, it works fine, at least by my testing.
