Just two bug fixes:
When the window that had to move was busy, like the NetPositive window while loading, it was resized to a small window at the top left hand corner of the screen.
When the focus follows mouse was enabled in the 'warping' mode (not instant warping), a deadlock occured (pretty nasty, in an InputFilter) when trying to bring a window to front by clicking above the window, at the level of the yellow tab, but not on the tab itself.

You can now also bring the window to front, or put it to back with an other modifier/button combination.
There is no more conflict with intuos tablets (and all other kinds, I guess).
A combination of more modifiers (ctrl, alt...) than needed by EasyMove won't enable it.
EasyMove now works well when you don't have the focus follows mouse enabled.
It is now possible to change the update rate: you can tell EasyMove not to move the window for each mouse event if the window can't follow the mouse.
And I forgot the most important: in now also works with the Terminal window !!

Just a minor change: the window will become the front most when you move it to a new workspace.

There is no more conflict for the Deskbar's shortcuts.
It is now possible to configure the keys and mouse buttons that will enable EasyMove.
