I am working on a program called IRRC wich should be able to decode and
distribute IR events from multiple remote controls to multiple applications.
IRRC directly decodes the RC5 or RECS80 signals and therefore does not need
to learn the codes.

- 'Picture in picture'.
TV+ now supports 'Picture in Picture' for single tuners. When you enable
'Picture in Picture', TV+ will take a snapshot from the selected channel every
15 seconds.

Due to circumstances I have not been able to work on TV+ for a while.
I also did not have time to reply to all emails, sorry for that.
These are the new features:
- Added a controlpanel for easy zapping and configuring.
- Improved the replicant.
- Improved the de-Interlace filter (both quality and speed).
- Added scan option to the Channel suite.
- Added an option to save memory in 32-bit mode.
- Forced PAL-M into 525 lines (this should fix the bug in the Media server).
- Fixed some ugly threading bugs.
- Fixed some more bugs.

First Beta release, should run fine.
The NTSC support has not been tested, because I can not receive NTSC(640x480) signals over here. PAL(768x576) and PAL-Plus(960x540) work fine.
If you find bugs, please fill out the enclosed bug-report and mail it to me.
