Work-around for port leak in BSimpleGameSound, which would cause BeOS to
hang once all the ports were used up after about a week running GrabboCam.
Changed ftp client to not use passive mode, which made some servers unhappy.
Sped up motion detection alg a bit. (use 2 Gaussians instead of 3 in pixel model)
