Version 0.9c Adds support for decoding UUENCODEd binaries
which can be automatically saved or launched at the users discretion. BNews can also encode and post files using UUECODE up to a maximum of 7900 lines,(just over 500K);
anything larger may not propergate. Version 0.9c fixes some bugs including, MODE READER and QUIT not being sent. Orphaned group files not being deleted, and a crash which could occur when there was only 1 article in a group.

Adds User authenication, (at last). The dialog to input this information was implemented before the code was added to allow for the implemetation of password encryption in the config file. This version also fixes some article retrieval bugs, and a bug which caused group control to hang if it was called before groups had been fetched.

Version 0.9a Adds viewing for 'Sent' and 'Kept' articles, as well as the ability to turn off, 'save sent'.
The main UI and NStat windows have been improved, a bug in the counting function, for unread only has been fixed, the article retrieval code has been altered to make it more resistant to unexpected communication errors. Quite a bit of the news/threads display code has been rewritten.
