[Build 183] auto-completion of commands and node names (thanks to GNU readline).
[Build 172] commandline now uses the GNU readline library (included) -> better editing and history.
[Build 169] Control Windows save their Position (according to their Name) in [USER_SETTINGS_DIR]/MediaControl/WindowStates
[Build 154] Control Windows reload whole ParameterWeb on B_MEDIA_WEB_CHANGED notices
[Build 150] Control Windows update correctly on parameter change.
[Build 149] use [USER_SETTINGS_DIR]/MediaControl/TerminalProfile for starting Terminal, if it exists.
[Build 148] when launched from Tracker (if $TERM=dumb), open Terminal with mc in it.
(problems with arguments; works for starting scripts, too)

- adds command line option -c to execute a command directly, not entering the prompt
- improved "set" command:
- properly set multichannel parameters (was fixed to 2) - like "set mixer Gain -10 -10"
- not supplying enough values for a multichannel parameter takes the last value given - "set mixer Gain 0" sets both channels of the first Gain parameter of mixer to 0.
- address a specific parameter by index - like "set mixer Gain[2] -10"
- address a specific parameter by "path" - "set mixer Master_Gain/Gain -10 -10" sets the first "Gain" parameter encountered after a "Master Gain" label to -10/-10
- relative values for continous parameters - "set mixer Gain x+10" increases the value by 10. x+#, x-#, x*# and x/# work.
- setting discrete parameters works - "set mixer Master_Gain/Mute 1"
