Whats New?
This latest version of the 3ivx MPEG-4 ASP video decoder and encoder for the BeOS R5 platform includes an experimental 3ivx decoder for Haiku.
This release includes many bug fixes, frame accurate seeking, experimental support for mp4 files and aac audio.
3ivx MPEG-4 5.0.2 now includes support for B-Frames, Interlaced Decoding and Global Motion Compensation. MPEG, H.263 and Custom Quantization Matrices, Pixel Aspect Ratios, NVop Suppression, Variable Framerate Encoding and Quarter Pixel or Half Pixel Motion Interpolation with 8x8 or 16x16 Motion Vector functionality has also been added.

3ivx D4 4.5 adds playback of DivX 3, 4 and 5 content, XviD and other MPEG-4 Simple and Advanced Simple Profile compliant video and variants.
The encoder supports various Single Pass and Dual Pass modes to encode into the MPEG-4 format.
This version has been heavily optimized for MMX, SSE and SSE2.
