Because of a stupid mistake I did in the config files, the music was not ON. ;)
Please download this new archive which will enable you to hear its nice music while playing. Let me know if you still have problems.
I updated the README file too. It explains how to make the window bigger or how to enable fullscreen.

If you navigate to the Heroes folder with your Terminal and run 'RUN-Heroes --help' it will show you how to run the game fullscreen or on a bigger window.
