Added some more utility programs (file_dump - for dumping files in an easier to read format on little endian machines, and simple unix_to_dos and dos_to_unix programs to convert line feeds to carriage return-line feeds and visa-versa).
Added BINARY_INPUT_STREAM, BINARY_OUTPUT_STREAM, BINARY_FILE_READ and BINARY_FILE_WRITE classes.
Also fixed several bugs. See the VERSION file in the top level directory for more information on this version and the HISTORY file for information on all the changes.
