Now that PostgreSQL 7.2 has been released i noticed that the SQL standards have been tightened up.

So SQL queries like i was using which had "= null" or "!= null" in them had to be changed to "is null" or "is not null" depending on what you were doing. This affected the raw portscan queries so it had to be corrected otherwise you wouldn't see any portscans!!!

Added in preliminary code for the resizing of the window and resizing the other objects in the window. This needs a bit of "polish" and some interesting things happen when you resize it.

Added in a proper about box, but this isn't yet finished. I'm trying to think of something cheesy to put in there so if you have a sick sense of humour and can code then drop me a line ;-)

Added in a protocol "type" column...ie TCP, UDP, ICMP...makes it easier to see what sort of intrusion has been detected.
Cleaned up some code. Slightly faster than the previous version.

I still haven't coded the preferences stuff yet...but i have started it, so that's good i guess ;-)

This version has improved SQL performance. I have also added in the SID (Sensor ID) column because i sometimes use more than one PC running Snort and so you can see by the ID of the PC where an intrusion was detected.

The primary key is the SID, CID and the date so you can see that the SQL had to change to cater for that.

I added in a temporary text edit box to allow you to specify the server to connect to. This is useful if you are running the PostgreSQL database on a different PC or server.

This will disappear once i get time to add in the libprefs stuff.

I also made the status text more informative.
