Tweaked some things around with the variables that control fragment detail, gravity pulling the fragments down, etc.; also made the pixels twice as tall, I found that this makes it look better (particularily in higher resolutions.)
Coded a special case to handle 16-bit color depths, since most people seem to be using that; makes a nice speed increase, and also uses a tad less memory. If the color depth is anything other than 16-bit, it falls back onto a 32-bit drawing method and lets the OS scale the colors down.

Version 0.21:
Fixed a bug with the sliders, where having them all the way over to the right would be interpreted as their default values in the full screen display. Made it into a .zip file, so the attributes (including the icon) for the executible wouldn't be lost. Minor optimizations.

Version 0.20 (beta):
Basic functionality is working and the screensaver doesn't crash anymore. Sliders to change aspects of the fireworks, how many fireworks are displayed at once, etc. Systems using high resolutions/bit depths will be sluggish, hopefully that will be resolved in a future release.
