- Enabled ncurses interface and made it the default interface.
- Added BeOS audio driver for realtime play back.
- Added flag "-w n" to set the output rate independent from the sample rate. This allows to increase/decrease the play back speed, ie. to work around the bug of the "VIA MVP4" audio driver (see documentation).
Known Limitations
Audio playback hangs on exit of the ncurses interface.
