  • Rewrote BeOS audio driver.
  • Added ability to live stream midi events from any Midi Kit 2 aware BeOS application to TiMidity.

Warning: The live midi streamer is experimental!

  • It requires about 30MB of free RAM to start.

  • Enabled ncurses interface and made it the default interface.
  • Added BeOS audio driver for realtime play back.
  • Added flag "-w n" to set the output rate independent from the sample rate. This allows to increase/decrease the play back speed, ie. to work around the bug of the "VIA MVP4" audio driver (see documentation).

Known Limitations
Audio playback hangs on exit of the ncurses interface.
