Fixed "missing library" error (accidently linked in some BONE libraries) so now it runs on "standard BeOS",
edited the makewhatis file with correct paths,
included the whatis keyword file so man -k works (try "man -k autoconf" as a test)

I must thank Alex Smith for filing the bug report.
Without people like him i would have never known this error existed.
