This version adds the super-duper beos-only "stubs" extension.
First made popular in mozilla, stubs are a way to work-around
the beos system-wide 32 MB add-on limit. :-/
It also adds some fixes for our general functionality by
using stack based allocation.

This version adds header support for dladdr. There is only a stub implementation for dladdr. It always returns an error along with empty strings and nulls in the given fields.
This version fixes an annoying bug which caused all code that included the header to be export "C" {
