- Removed -D_KERNEL_MODE=1 for -fcheck-memory-usage as it caused a problem with BONE (sockets) api's and is really unneeded for Dano (where the feature works in the first place).

- Removed extra "" around $(TARGET) that were not only excessive, but would cause problems in certain circumstances.

This first beta has been tested on the Open Tracker and Be Mail Daemon Replacement projects, as well as on a few other minor projects I have kicking around my system.
Please try it out and notify me if you have any problems.
I would recommend you back up your current /boot/develop/etc/makefile* files before installing this, although you can also always get them from your BeOS CD. You do have one of these, don't you? ;D
