1.10 - Added a stenographer utility that logs in to the specified
MUSCLE server and prints to stdout a MasterBesTheater script
corresponding to what was said there.
- theaterd now checks to see if the "script" command-line argument
was specified as "stdin", and if so, reads the script file from
stdin. (Note that this feature requires BONE to work correctly)
- Fixed the Makefile to work with MUSCLE v2.44 or higher.

1.01 - Added a /pace command to control automatic reading speed
- The /delay command can now have optional text on the line
after it, and that text will be executed followed by the given
delay instead of the regular computed delay.
- Move the included scripts into their own sub-folder
- # marks can now be used to indicate comments in the script.
* The program now waits for all lines to be sent before exiting.
Previously, the last few lines could get lost.
