Midi-out port is now supported for both the gameport midi port and the LiveDrive midi port. Each port can be used independently. Analog input for the analog CD audio was enabled.
(Midi-in is not quite working yet)
Separate joystick driver is included, but does not have to be installed.
Center channels/sub, simulated surround and SPDIF input are enabled using Max Mikhailov's 'k2cfg' add-on program.
