* fixed translation of 2 color images without palette definition in header
* fixed translation of some 256 color images (sometime displaced images)
* added new formats:
- Version 2.8 with 16 Colors
- Version 3.0 with 4 and 8 Colors
* added information in Data Translations Window and when Translator starts as an application
With this version you should be able to open nearly all PCX-Files from 2 up to 16,7M colours with rle-compression.
With the fixes and the added formats it has the same reading functionality like good programs on other platforms.
