new: class FileDialog. It provides two methods (OpenPanel() and SavePanel()) which both open a BFilePanel synchronously. So, this is very easy to use and integrate into existing programs. No BMessage handling needs to be done with this, just a simple call to OpenPanel(...);

- added the "Nice Application Skeleton" which displays a basic window with a menu bar. It also has a "File" menu with About... and Quit menu items. They both work! ;-) For the about box, AboutWindow is used (also included in this package separately).
