Fixed two small memory leaks and some less significant bugs.

Enabled using the BeOS device block cache by default (in the settings file) as it seems it doesn't leak memory, but just uses significantly more due to the greater block size of ReiserFS (4KB). A bug in the code reading the settings inverted this setting anyway.

Fixed a serious and very stupid bug, that caused crashes when the config file was not present or had no volume entry matching the searched one.

Added a bunch of checks for the data read from disk. Now the FS add-on should be significantly less likely to crash when encountering corrupt data structures on a volume. Actually, unless I missed something, no kind of data corruption should possibly be able to cause crashes now.
